Joshua Bergmann, J.D. VP Legal and Corporate Secretary

Joshua Bergmann is responsible for Cullgen’s corporate legal matters.  Mr. Bergmann has over 12 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, public company counseling, and general corporate and compliance matters.  He began his career in private practice at various national law firms, and until 2021 served as an associate attorney at Mintz Levin.  In private practice, Mr. Bergmann represented biotechnology, healthcare, consumer packaged goods and technology companies in capital markets transactions cumulatively valued at over $2.5 billion and mergers & acquisitions transactions valued at over $3 billion.  Mr. Bergmann then transitioned in-house to Cue Health Inc. (Nasdaq), where he most recently served as Interim General Counsel.  In this role, he oversaw the legal team responsible for public company reporting and compliance, strategic transactions, intellectual property portfolio management, litigation and employment matters, data privacy, and healthcare regulatory compliance.  Mr. Bergmann also previously served as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Black Rifle Coffee Company (NYSE), and prior to attending law school, he served nine years in the U.S. Navy.  Mr. Bergmann received his B.A. from Columbia College and his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis.
